Thanks Marta! I think if I moved away from my favorite sushi place that I would probably cry myself to sleep too! It is a little harder to recreate those wonderful dishes at home :(

I’m actually not a huge fan of cheddar (except for the very old, dry one), so I prefer other cheeses in my sandwiches as well, especially Italian cheeses! Provolone is one of my favorites so this recipe sounds amazing to me!
Ever since i moved to the west I’ve missed my dearest sushi place so much… it hurts. I cry myself to sleep over it quite often :(
