I like antipasto platters, they are so laid back and easy-going, they just invite a relaxing time :) Well, I spent Saturday shopping at the local markets and on an unsuccessful odysseic search for stewing lamb. then relaxed with a book under the shadow of my crab aple tree. On Sunday I cooked for a good portion of the day since I was experimenting with some crazy chiles a friend brought from mexico. I cannot feel my tongue today and my stomach... well, it's not happy with me! But I came up with a lovely marinade for shrimp! Sounds like you had an absolutely lovely weekend!
