Now I make my garlic bread ahead, wrap the whole 'sebang in foil and throw it in the oven for about 30 mins. It takes a lot of the last minute pressure away and I just pull it out whenever I'm ready for it....but yours still looks yummier! I have the same issue with burning my garlic bread!!
