If you try baking I would say preheat the oven to 400, spray a cooking sheet with non-stick spray and brush both sides of the pocket with a little oilve oil then bake for around 10 minutes or until browned turning once. Again, since I have not done it I am not sure how golden brown they will get. If you try it let me know!
