4th of July Recipes

Well it is the last weekend in June which means that the 4th of July is just around the corner.  4th of July for me has always been about fireworks, family and food. Since I have moved away to a place where fireworks are illegal and my family is a couple hundred miles away, our 4th of July celebrations have changed slightly but one thing remains the same; we always have a wonderful array of food. Creamy Ranch Dip

Maybe it is just my friends and family, but it seems like ranch is the “it” dip. Whenever I go out to dinner with friends, chances are there will be some ranch at the table, and we’re not always eating salad. It turns out that…
