Garlic Chips from Life's Ambrosia

  1. Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and parsley, cook 30 seconds or just until garlic is fragrant. Remove from heat.
  2. Place chips in a bowl. Pour garlic and parsley over the top, toss to coat. Serve.

One of my friends at the shower said "I don't eat potato chips. Like ever. But I love these." I hope you do too. Enjoy!
