“Autumn, the year’s last, loveliest smile” – William Cullen Bryant. AND IT IS HERE! It’s finally here! THE FIRST DAY OF FALL!! I could not think of a better way to celebrate one of my favorite days than to share some of the best pumpkin recipes I’ve found from around the web. I did get sucked into the lovely world of pumpkin on Pinterest back in August after all.
First up these Brown Butter Pumpkin Waffles from Two Peas and Their Pod. Perfect breakfast for these cool autumn mornings.
This Crumbly Pumpkin Bread from Damn Delicious would also be perfect for breakfasts.
And cronuts….oh cronuts. Have you all heard of cronuts? People are going crazy over these things. They are like crossiant doughnuts and I am swooning over these Pumpkin Caramel Spice Cronuts at Foodness Gracious.
That’s not to say that doughnuts are out friends. They can still hold their own. Especially doughnuts like these Baked Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Doughnuts from The Gunny Sack.
These Pumpkin Magic Bars from Crazy for Crust turn a classic dessert into a new fall favorite.
To be completely honest, I’m not usually a fan of caramel corn. But this Pumpkin Pie Spice White Chocolate Caramel Corn from Cooking Classy is definitely something I can get behind!
Do you, like me, spend a ton on Pumpkin Spice Lattes?!? Recipe Girl has a recipe so we don’t have to with this How to Make A Pumpkin Spice Latte post.
And I know we usually see pumpkin in sweet treats but it can also be used, deliciously I might add, in savory dishes too.
Like these Spicy Black Bean Chicken Enchiladas with Pumpkin Sour Cream Sauce from Ambitious Kitchen.
And this Pumpkin and Fried Sage Flat Bread from Foodie Crush. Mmmm…pumpkin and sage. One of my favorite combos!
And this Pumpkin Manchego Gnocchi by Baker by Nature. Holy Gnocchi Batman!
And finally since it’s Sunday AND the first day of fall I’m thinking this Savory Pumpkin Dip from Gimme Some Oven NEEDS to be on your game day menu.
