How you make it

Shredded Frozen Hashbrowns

Shallots

Sharp White Cheddar

Extra Sharp Cheddar

Sour Cream

Ingredients :

Ritz Crackers

Thyme

Mix hash browns

Combine thawed hash browns, sharp cheddar cheese, white cheddar cheese, shallots, thyme and pepper. Mix well.

Make Sauce

Combine condensed chicken soup, sour cream and egg together in a bowl.

Combine the hashbrowns and sauce

Combine hashbrown mixture and sauce mixture. Mix well.

Top with crackers and bake.

Place casserole into a 13x9 inch pan. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 350 for 40 - 50 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Top with more fresh thyme if desired.
