3/4cupbrown sugar
1teaspooncinnamon
3/4teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonpaprika
1/8teaspooncayenne pepper
1egg white
1tablespoonwater
1poundraw pecan halves
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, paprika, cayenne and salt together in a bowl. Whisk together egg white and water in another bowl.
Toss pecan halves with egg white and water. Make sure the pecans are coated.
Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture over the pecans and toss to coat. Mix well.
Spread pecans in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Stir and cook for an additional 20 minutes or until coating is cooked.
