1medium head green cabbage
5slicesthick cut bacon
1tablespoonapple cider vinegar
1/4teaspooncrushed red pepper

Instructions
Cut bacon into 1-inch diced pieces and cook in a large skillet over medium heat. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the bacon to a paper towel lined plate, reserving the bacon grease in the skillet.
To the same skillet that you cooked the bacon, add the chopped cabbage. Cook until the cabbage starts to wilt and become tender.
Add in the vinegar, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper. Continue cooking until the cabbage is tender. About 5 more minutes.
Return the cooked bacon to the pan and stir to combine. Transfer to a serving bowl and season to taste with salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Serve immediately.
