Instructions
Cut potatoes into thin slices and place into ice water. Allow to set in ice water for 20 minutes.
Drain potatoes. Place them between paper towels and press dry. The dryer the potatoes, the crisper they get.
Place the potato chips in a layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 360 for 10 - 12 minutes or until desired crispness.
Season with salt and serve.
