Air Fryer Potato Chips

Air Fryer Potato Chips are an addicting, crisp snack! With just THREE ingredients you can make your own crunchy potato chips at home.

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2 russet potatoes scrubbed
  • 1 tablespoon oil canola or olive
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic optional

Instructions

  • Cut potatoes into thin slices and place into ice water. Allow to set in ice water for 20 minutes. 
  • Drain potatoes. Place them between paper towels and press dry. The dryer the potatoes, the crisper they get. 
  • Place the potato chips in a layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 360  for 10 - 12 minutes or until desired crispness. 
  • Season with salt and serve.
