Air Fryer Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
  • 1 14.5 ounce can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
  • salt
  • non-stick spray

Instructions

  • Whisk together egg and milk in a shallow dish. I find a pie dish or small bowl works the best.In another shallow dish, place Italian bread crumbs, panko bread crumbs and granulated garlic. 
  • Dip the artichokes in the milk/egg wash. Turn to coat completely. 
  • Dredge them in bread crumbs mixture. Press to make sure they are completely coated. 
  • Place the coated artichokes into the air fryer basket and spray with non-stick spray. Cook at 375 for 10 minutes, shaking after 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and serve.
