1/4cupmilk
1egg
1/2cuppanko bread crumbs
1/2cupItalian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2teaspoongranulated garlicor garlic powder
114.5 ounce can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
salt
non-stick spray
Instructions
Whisk together egg and milk in a shallow dish. I find a pie dish or small bowl works the best.In another shallow dish, place Italian bread crumbs, panko bread crumbs and granulated garlic.
Dip the artichokes in the milk/egg wash. Turn to coat completely.
Dredge them in bread crumbs mixture. Press to make sure they are completely coated.
Place the coated artichokes into the air fryer basket and spray with non-stick spray. Cook at 375 for 10 minutes, shaking after 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and serve.
