Instructions
Beat together butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until fluffy. About 2 minutes.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Beat in flour, baking soda and salt. Continue beating until cookie dough comes together.
Fold in 1 cup each mint M&Ms and mini chocolate chips.
Top with more M&Ms and chocolate chips. Bake at 325 for 30 - 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before cutting.
