1 1/2teaspoonskosher salt
1teaspoongranulated garlic
1teaspoonblack pepper
4tablespoonsunsalted butter

2green onionsdiced (optional)
Instructions
Cut the steak into bitesized pieces about 1-inch cubes. Pour olive oil over the top.
Season the steak with kosher salt, granulated garlic and fresh cracked black pepper.
Toss the steak with the mixture. Use your hands so that the steak gets coated in all of the oil and seasonings.
Heat a skillet over high heat. Make sure to turn your fan on high, there might be some smoke. Working in batches, sear the steak on one side for 2 minutes. Turn and cook for another 1 - 2 minutes. Transfer steak bites to a plate and loosely cover to keep warm. Repeat until all steak is seared.
After all steak is cooked, turn heat to low. Add in butter and allow to melt.
Use a wooden spoon to scrape up all of the browned bits that have stuck to the bottom of the pan.
Add the garlic and cook just until fragrant. About 30 seconds.
Return the steak to the pan and toss to coat in the butter. Sprinkle with sliced green onions, if desired.
