Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup lightly packed cilantro stems removed, chopped
  • 1 cup packed Italian flat leaf parsley stems removed, chopped small
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Whisk to combine. Allow to set for at least 10 minutes to let flavors develop. Even better if you can wait an hour.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator and use within a few days. Bring to room temperature before serving.
