Ingredients:

  • 1 16 ounce package Curly’s Kansas City Style Seasoned Brisket Burnt Ends
  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 1 serrano pepper diced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon diced shallots
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 8 small taco size corn tortillas
  • Cotija cheese

Instructions

  • Heat Curly’s Kansas City Style Seasoned Brisket Burnt Ends in a skillet over medium heat, until warmed through, about 5 minutes.
  • Combine pineapple, serrano pepper, cilantro, shallots and lime juice together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Warm tortillas according to package directions.
  • To assemble a taco: scoop brisket into taco shell, top with pineapple salsa and cotija cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
