Ingredients
  

Teriyaki Chicken Salad Ingredients:

  • 2 Johnsonville Flame Grilled Teriyaki Glazed Chicken Breasts
  • 3 cups mixed baby greens
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 5 slices pineapple halved
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced shallots

Teriyaki Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Warm the chicken according to package directions and slice.
  • In a bowl combine lettuce, avocado, pineapple, shallots and chicken.
  • In another bowl whisk together teriyaki, olive oil, vinegar and sesame seeds. Pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Serve.
