Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf French baguette cut into thin slices and toasted
  • 1/2 lb roasted turkey torn into small pieces
  • 1 8-9 oz wheel of brie sliced
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • Garnish: fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, bring balsamic vinegar to a boil over medium-high heat. Let the vinegar reduce by two-thirds, until it’s rich and syrupy. Stir in brown sugar and keep warm over low heat.
  • Spread each toasted slice with 1 tsp of cranberry sauce. Top with 2 to 3 pieces of torn turkey and one slice of brie. Place toasted crostini on a baking sheet. Broil until brie has melted, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Top with a drizzle of balsamic reduction and a sprinkle of fresh thyme leaves.

Enjoy!
