Lemon Cheesecake Dip

A little sweet and a little tart, this lemon cheesecake dip is the perfect easy dip recipe for your next party, cookout, or potluck!

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup lemon curd homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Lemon zest for decoration (optional)

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine cream cheese and lemon curd and beat together (I used my KitchenAid) until smooth.
  • Gradually stir in powdered sugar until completely combined.
  • Add Cool Whip and vanilla extract and stir until completely combined (be sure to scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl).
  • Cover the bowl and chill at least 20 minutes in refrigerator.
  • Transfer to serving bowl and serve.
