Sriracha Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/3 cup dry plain bread crumbs
  • 1/2 yellow onion minced
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine all ingredients except peanut oil in a bowl. Mix well to combine. Roll into 20 meatballs.
  • Heat peanut oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Cook meatballs until browned. Transfer to a baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 more minutes or until cooked through.
  • Transfer to a serving platter sprinkle with more sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired. Serve.
