Fresh, herby, and totally addictive—this tarragon chicken salad is what lunchtime dreams are made of. A great way to use leftover chicken!

sherry vinegar

dried tarragon

stone ground mustard

cooked shredded chicken

celery
diced
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Whisk together mayonnaise, sherry vinegar, dried tarragon and mustard together to make the dressing.
Place shredded chicken and celery in a bowl. Pour dressing over the top. Mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
