Tarragon Chicken Salad

Fresh, herby, and totally addictive—this tarragon chicken salad is what lunchtime dreams are made of. A great way to use leftover chicken!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dried tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon stone ground mustard
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup celery diced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Whisk together mayonnaise, sherry vinegar, dried tarragon and mustard together to make the dressing.
  • Place shredded chicken and celery in a bowl. Pour dressing over the top. Mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
