Oil for frying
Dredge cod in flour
Place flour in a shallow bowl. Dredge cod pieces in flour.
Dip cod in eggs.
Whisk eggs together in a bowl. Dip both sides of cod in eggs.
Coat in panko.
Season panko bread crumbs with granulated garlic (or garlic powder) and salt. Dredge cod in panko. Make sure to coat both sides.
Heat oil to 350 degrees. Fry cod, in batches if necessary, until golden brown and cooked through. Usually a few minutes. To keep fish warm between batches place in warmed oven
