Ingredients
2tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
1 1/2teaspoonsmaple syrup
1teaspoondijon mustard
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/8teaspoonblack pepper
1clovegarlic minced fine or crushed
1/3cupextra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Whisk together apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, dijon mustard, salt, pepper and garlic.
Slowly whisk in olive oil until emulsified. Season to taste with more salt and pepper if desired.
