Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Apple Cider Vinaigrette is a tangy salad dressing made with apple cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic, dijon and maple syrup. Great any time of year, but especially fall!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic minced fine or crushed
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Whisk together apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, dijon mustard, salt, pepper and garlic.
  • Slowly whisk in olive oil until emulsified. Season to taste with more salt and pepper if desired.

Notes

This can also be made in a small jar. Simply combine all the ingredients and shake vigorously until emulsified.
