Ingredients
2cupswhole milk
2cupswater
1teaspoonsalt
1 cuppolenta not instant
1 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1teaspoongranulated garlicor garlic powder
2tablespoonsbutter
Instructions
Heat milk, water and salt in a medium saucepan until steaming.
Add in polenta and cook, stirring frequently until mixture becomes thickened and creamy. This could take about 30 minutes. No need to stir continuously, but just enough that it doesn't burn or stick to the pan.
Add in Parmesan cheese and granulated garlic. Continue stirring until the cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
