Combine panko bread crumbs, plain dry bread crumbs and seasoning salt in a shallow dish.
Dip the pork chops in extra virgin olive oil. Coat both sides.
Dredge the pork chops in the seasoned bread crumb mixture.
Place pork chops in the air fryer in a single layer. Spray with non-stick spray. Cook at 400 degrees for 4 minutes. Turn, spray once more and cook for another 4 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Note: depending on the size of your air fryer you may need to do this in batches. Keep the pork chops in a warm oven until all pork chops are cooked. Serve immediately.
