Ingredients:

  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • non-stick spray

Instructions
 

  • Combine panko bread crumbs, plain dry bread crumbs and seasoning salt in a shallow dish.
  • Dip the pork chops in extra virgin olive oil. Coat both sides.
  • Dredge the pork chops in the seasoned bread crumb mixture.
  • Place pork chops in the air fryer in a single layer. Spray with non-stick spray. Cook at 400 degrees for 4 minutes. Turn, spray once more and cook for another 4 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Note: depending on the size of your air fryer you may need to do this in batches. Keep the pork chops in a warm oven until all pork chops are cooked. Serve immediately.
