Salad Ingredients:

broccoli crowns
chopped into bite sized pieces
1/2
cup
dried cranberries
1/2
cup
diced red onion
1/4
cup
shelled sunflower seeds

slices
bacon
cooked and crumbled
Broccoli Salad Dressing Ingredients:
1/2
cup
mayonnaise

tablespoons
granulated sugar
2
tablespoons
red wine vinegar
2
teaspoons
stoneground mustard
salt and pepper
Instructions
Combine all of the salad ingredients together in a bowl.
In another small bowl whisk together salad dressing ingredients.
Pour dressing over the top of the salad. Toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Taste and add more salt and pepper if desired.
Notes
This salad is even better the next day!
