Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno diced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, if needed.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
