Garlic Chips

Garlic Chips are a quick, easy way to jazz up plain potato chips! This snack-hack for garlic lovers is one of my favorites to serve at parties.

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 10 cloves garlic minced fine
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 8 ounce bag kettle potato chips

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and parsley, cook 30 seconds or just until garlic is fragrant. Remove from heat.
  • Place chips in a bowl. Pour garlic and parsley over the top, toss to coat. Serve.
