White Chocolate Popcorn Mix is an easy, festive treat! Popcorn, m&ms, pretzels and sprinkles drizzled with melted white chocolate.

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 11 ounces white chocolate
  • 1 12 ounce bag pastel M&M's
  • 1 cup crushed pretzel sticks
  • 1/3 cup Easter Egg sprinkles
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt plus more to taste

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pop popcorn.
  • Melt white chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler over medium- low heat.
  • In a bowl, combine popcorn, M&M's, pretzels, salt and sprinkles. Pour melted white chocolate over the top. Mix well.
  • Spread popcorn onto prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with more salt if desired and allow to set until chocolate hardens, about 10 minutes. Break into pieces and serve. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
