White Chocolate Easter Popcorn Mix

Brace yourself friends, this stuff is addicting. Really addicting. Like I need to, have to, must stop but I. Just. Can’t. Kind of addicting.

And the wonderful thing about it (or not so wonderful if you want to prevent yourself from eating the whole batch) is that it is beyond easy to make. We’re talking pop the popcorn, mix it with the other goodies, toss ’em all with white chocolate, let it harden a few minutes and BAM! Done. And ready for your snacking pleasure.

The whole family loved this. I made it during Kellan’s nap and he woke up, saw it on the table and I couldn’t keep his little hands away.

Ryan’s co-workers loved it too. In fact I got a text message from him at about 10am telling me that it was gone already.

He gets to work at 9.

So needless to say, I’ll be making some more at least a few more times before Easter. And the other great thing about it is you can totally change it up even when it’s not Easter. Use regular M&M’s and sprinkles. Or Christmas M&M’s and sprinkles. Whatever is around because trust me you’re going to want to make this all year long.

White Chocolate Easter Popcorn Mix is beyond easy to make and one of my favorite snacks! If you like salty and sweet combos you're going to love this! RECIPE: http://www.lifesambrosia.com/2014/04/white-chocolate-easter-popcorn-mix-recipe.html
