Air Fryer Chickpeas

Crispy Air Fryer Chickpeas are the perfect afternoon snack! This extremely versatile recipe can be used with any of your favorite seasonings.

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2 14.5 ounce cans chickpeas, drained
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder or other seasoning blend

Instructions

  • Rinse chickpeas and drain well. Place between two paper towels and pat dry.
  • Place chickpeas, olive oil, salt and seasoning together in a bowl. Mix well so that chickpeas are completely coated. Please note: if you choose a seasoning blend with salt in it wait until after cooking and tasting before adding extra salt.
  • Pour all chickpeas into the air fryer basket. Cook at 390 for 15 minutes. Remove the basket and shake every 5 minutes. If you want them a little more crispy cook an additional few minutes. Serve hot.
