  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions
 

  • Poke potatoes with a fork
  • Pour cold water into the Instant Pot.
  • Place potatoes on the trivet in the Instant Pot. Cover and seal. Cook on high pressure for 13 minutes. Allow to natural release for 10 more minutes.
  • Use tongs to remove potatoes and allow to cool until they are cool enough to touch. Cut down the middle, fluff with a fork and top with your favorite toppings.
