1 1/2poundground pork
3clovesgarlicminced
1/2cuppanko bread crumbs
2teaspoonssoy sauce
2teaspoonssesame oil
1/2teaspoonsalt
1tablespoonsesame seedsplus more for garnish
1eggbeaten
1/2cupbeef broth
1 1/2cupssweet chili sauce
Instructions
Combine pork, garlic, panko, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and egg together in a bowl. Work with your hands to mix well. Roll into approximetly 20 meatballs.
Place the meatballs in your slow cooker. Pour in beef broth. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
After 4 hours, stir the meatballs and pour in sweet chili sauce. Cover and cook on low for two more hours.
Transfer to a serving platter sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with rice, if desired.
Notes
Try not to over work the meatball mixture. Overworking can result in dryer meatballs. If you want the sauce to be a bit thicker, uncover for the last 30 minutes of cooking. Nutrition information for estimation purposes only.
