Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces goat cheese cut into 6 - 8 slices
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons nonpareil capers
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives

Instructions

  • Place goat cheese on a small serving platter.
  • In a bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over goat cheese.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Remove 40 minutes before serving.
