goat cheese cut into 6 - 8 slices

extra virgin olive oil

garlic
minced

nonpareil capers

dried dill

Instructions
Place goat cheese on a small serving platter.
In a bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over goat cheese.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Remove 40 minutes before serving.
