Garlic Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups raw pumpkin seeds cleaned and pat dry
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Curry Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups raw pumpkin seeds cleaned and pat dry
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 3/4 teaspoons kosher salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  • For the garlic pumpkin seeds, combine all ingredients together in a bowl and toss to coat. Lay in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • For the curry pumpkin seeds, combine all ingredients together in a bowl and toss to coat. Lay in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast pumpkin seeds in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until crispy. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
