Tzatziki Sauce

A creamy, tangy, Greek yogurt dip with dill, garlic and cucumber.

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup minced cucumber
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
  • Refrigerate any leftovers for up to 3 days.

Notes

Note: Depending on the brand of your yogurt you may want to add some lemon juice to give it a bit more tang, about 2 teaspoons. I've used Fage and the Whole Foods brand and I didn't feel like either needed lemon juice.
