Ingredients
Ingredients:
1 1/2cupsgreek yogurt
1/2cupminced cucumber
2teaspoonsdried dill
2clovesgarlicminced
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
Refrigerate any leftovers for up to 3 days.
Notes
Note: Depending on the brand of your yogurt you may want to add some lemon juice to give it a bit more tang, about 2 teaspoons. I've used Fage and the Whole Foods brand and I didn't feel like either needed lemon juice.Enjoy!
