Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Walnuts and Cranberries

Brussels sprouts roasted with walnuts and tossed with cranberries. Perfect for Thanksgiving!

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts halved
  • 1 cup raw California Walnuts chopped
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Toss Brussels sprouts and walnuts with olive oil and salt and pepper.
  • Roasted in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Stir and roast for another 20 - 25 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts start to brown.
  • Remove from oven, toss with cranberries. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
