Birthday Cake Batter Ice Cream

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup yellow cake mix
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles


  • Whisk together cream, milk, sugar, cake mix, vanilla and salt. Once combined, place in your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturers instructions for 15 minutes.
  • Add in sprinkles. And continue to churn for 5 minutes. Transfer to a freezer safe container and freeze for four hours or until firm. Serve.
