White Bean and Rosemary Hummus

White beans, rosemary, garlic, lemon juice and a last minute addition make this dip a keeper.

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 15 ounce can white beans drained but 1 tablespoon of liquid reserved
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients together in a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
  • Transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate for an hour.
  • Serve with veggies, tortilla chips or pita bread.
