In a microwave safe bowl combine caramels and half and half. Cook in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until caramel has melted.
Stir in vanilla extract and ground cinnamon.
In another small microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
Pour melted caramel mixture into a bowl. Stir in chocolate. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Serve warm.
Notes
This dip is best served when it is warm but cools off rather quickly. If it does become too hard, you can pop it in the microwave for 30-45 seconds to soften it up a bit. Nutrition information for estimation purposes only.
