Triple Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

Ingredients:

1 stick 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 package triple chocolate super moist cake mix I used Betty Crocker
2 eggs
1 10 ounce package swirled milk chocolate and peanut butter morsels ( I used Nestle)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
Whisk in eggs. Slowly add in cake mix. Mix until smooth, batter will be thick. Fold in morsels.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Make rounded teaspoonfuls of cookie dough and lay them 3 inches apart on the baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes, cookies will be slightly underdone in the center. Let cool slightly, then transfer to cooling rack to finish cooling, although they are pretty good warm too :)

Notes

If you can't manage to find the swirled milk chocolate and peanut butter morsels, peanut butter chips would work just as well. If, and that is a big IF, you can manage to share these, you'll be a very popular person! I passed them out at work last week and they were gone in a flash. People still keep asking me for them.
