Chili Cream Cheese Dip

Cream Cheese Dip is the ultimate game day snack! Chili, cream cheese and two kinds of shredded cheese make this hot dip a party appetizer hit!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 15 ounces chili
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded medium cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup onion minced
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine chili and cream cheese togeher in a small saucepan. Cook just until the cream cheese melts. Add 1/2 of the shredded cheddar and 1/2 of the shredded pepper jack cheese.
  • Spread into a 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 15 minutes.
  • Top with minced onion and cilantro. Serve.

Notes

If you don't have a 9 inch pie pan, a dish of similar size will work. 
Use chili with or without beans.
