BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders

Ingredients

Cole Slaw Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups coleslaw mix

BBQ Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

Slider Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
  • 3 cups pulled pork homemade or store-bought
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together coleslaw dressing ingredients: buttermilk, mayonnaise, sugar, paprika, apple cider vinegar and salt in a bowl. Pour over the coleslaw mix and toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Combine all BBQ sauce ingredients together in a small saucepan. Heat over meadium heat 15 - 20 minutes or until it reduces and thickens a bit.
  • Combine pulled pork with half of the BBQ sauce.
  • Without breaking apart the rolls, use a serrated knife to cut the rolls in half lengthwise. Top with BBQ pork.
  • Place top half of dinner rolls on top. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 - 12 miuutes.
  • Separate into individual sliders. Serve with coleslaw and remaining BBQ sauce.
