Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together coleslaw dressing ingredients: buttermilk, mayonnaise, sugar, paprika, apple cider vinegar and salt in a bowl. Pour over the coleslaw mix and toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Combine all BBQ sauce ingredients together in a small saucepan. Heat over meadium heat 15 - 20 minutes or until it reduces and thickens a bit.
Combine pulled pork with half of the BBQ sauce.
Without breaking apart the rolls, use a serrated knife to cut the rolls in half lengthwise. Top with BBQ pork.
Place top half of dinner rolls on top. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 - 12 miuutes.
Separate into individual sliders. Serve with coleslaw and remaining BBQ sauce.
