Ingredients

  • 4 ounces goat cheese log
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 - 3 thyme sprigs

Instructions

  • Rough chop the cranberries and combine them with thyme.
  • Place honey on a flat plate. Roll the goat cheese log in the honey so it is coated competely.
  • Place cranberries and thyme on another plate and roll goat cheese in cranberries. You may need to press the cranberries into the goat cheese so it will stick really well. Serve.

Notes

Goat cheese will soften the longer it sits out of the refrigerator. A cheese knife works great to cut it.
