Peanut Sauce Noodles are creamy, saucy & easy to make! Made with peanut butter, soy sauce, lime and red peppers they are full of flavor too!

Ingredients
10 ounceslo-mein noodlesor other noodles such as udon, yakisoba or spaghetti
1/2cupnatural peanut buttercreamy
2tablespoonssesame oil
2tabelspoonslime juice
1tablespoondark soy sauce
1 tablespoonbrown sugar
1/4teaspooncrushed red pepper
1/2cupwater
2green onionsdiced
2tablespoonscilantrochopped
Instructions
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.
While noodles are cooking whisk together peanut butter, sesame oil, lime juice, dark soy sauce, brown sugar and crushed red pepper. Add 1/3 cup water. Whisk until smooth. If sauce appears to thick, thin out with remaining water.
Place drained noodles in a large bowl and add peanut sauce, green onions and cilantro (if using). Toss until noodles are completely coated in sauce. Serve and store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
