Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened to room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary leaves
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Smash softened butter in a bowl so that it is easy to mix the flavorings in.
  • Rough chop Rosemary leaves, garlic and salt together until rosemary and garlic are finely minced.
  • Add mixture to softened butter and stir until well combined.
  • Place butter on parchment paper or plastic wrap and form into a log. Wrap and chill until firm about 1 hour.

Notes

You can use this butter at room temperature but make sure that you let it set for at least 1 hour so that the flavors have a chance to infuse the butter.
