Ingredients
1 1/2poundsground chicken
1/2 yellow onionminced
4clovesgarlicminced
1tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
2tablespoonscilantrominced
1tablespoonshawarma seasoning blend
1 1/2 teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a 10x15 or similar sized sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Use clean hands to mix well.
Press meat mixture into 1/2 inch thick rectangle on prepared baking sheet. Use a knife to score 8 - 10 horizontal lines then one down the middle lengthwise.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 - 12 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
