Sheet Pan Chicken Kebabs are a quick and easy weeknight dinner. These savory kebabs are great on their own or stuffed in a pita.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground chicken
  • 1/2 yellow onion minced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro minced
  • 1 tablespoon shawarma seasoning blend
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a 10x15 or similar sized sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  • Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Use clean hands to mix well.
  • Press meat mixture into 1/2 inch thick rectangle on prepared baking sheet. Use a knife to score 8 - 10 horizontal lines then one down the middle lengthwise.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 10 - 12 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
