Season the chicken and coat with corn starch
Place chicken wings on top of a cooling rack on top of baking sheet. Bake .
While the wings are cooking, make the buffalo wing sauce.
Pour sauce over the wings and toss to coat.
Serve with ranch or blue cheese for dipping.
