Sharp Cheddar cheese
Saute onions and butter
Whisk in flour. Cook 1 minute.
Whisk in milk and chicken broth.
Add in broccoli, paprika, nutmeg and granulated garlic. Cook 20 - 25 minutes
Whisk in cheese 1 handful at a time until it melts. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
