BUTTER YELLOW ONION CELERY THYME GARLIC RUSSET POTATOES FLOUR CHICKEN BROTH HEAVY CREAM

FROZEN PEAS AND CARROTS SHREDDED CHICKEN PIE CRUSTS BUTTER SALT AND THYME

Step 1

SAUTE ONIONS, CELERY, POTATOES AND THYME IN BUTTER 

Step 2

Add flour and cook 1 minute

Step 3

Whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream. Fold in chicken and peas and carrots. 

Step 4

Fill 9" pie crust. 

Step 5

Top with another pie crust. Brush with butter sprinkle with salt and thyme

Step 6

Bake. 

Step 7

Allow to cool 10 - 15 minutes before Slicing and serving.
